At KHALPUIS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
You may return most items within 10 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all original tags attached
- In the original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale
- Worn or damaged items
- Items without original tags or packaging
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at ishop.khalipuis@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization if applicable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, please contact us at ishop.khalipuis@gmail.com. We'll be happy to help you exchange your item, subject to availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at ishop.khalipuis@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
